- You should not use tinysvr.com servers for illegal purposes under the laws of both your location and tinsvr.com locations.
- You should be older than legally responsible age.
- You are solely responsible for your contents, data, programs, processes, and whatever information you keep on tinysvr.com servers.
- You understand tinysvr.com services are provided without any warranty and guarantee.
- Unless specified in the product information page, you are not allowed to excessively use tinysvr.com servers. The limits of use include daily network bandwidth of 3GB.
- You will not allowed to do acts which are prohibited by terms of use and relevant documents of Slicehost LLC, and Amazon Web Services, Inc., which may be found here and there which tinysvr.com are built upon.
- tinysvr.com reserves rights to terminate tinysvr.com servers you are using without notice for any reason.
- It is your responsibility to back up your data.
- You understand that once your rental server is terminated, all the data will be destroyed.
- tinysvr.com is not liable and responsible for any damage, loss, claim, debt and cost caused by your use of our service, regardless those are you or any third parties.
- There is no refund, EXCEPT the case that tinysvr.com terminates your server without notice. In such a case, the refund is calculated by daily basis.
- All notices should be sent to support@tinysvr.com by email in English.
